What we collect
- Contact and program applications (name, email, message, and what you choose to tell us about feed, veterinary need, instruments, or land).
- Donation details processed by Zeffy on their secure forms — not stored as card numbers on this website.
- Basic technical data the host may log (browser, pages viewed) to keep the site up.
Who else sees it
Form mail is delivered by FormSubmit to our ministry inbox. Gifts go through Zeffy. Classroom membership lives on Skool at The Magik Academy. YouTube windows may load when you open music or horse pages. Those companies have their own policies. We do not run third-party ad networks on this site.
How we use it
To answer you, to run Hungry Horses, A Joyful Noise, the table, land & legacy, and other charitable programs, to send receipts, and to meet the law. We do not sell or rent your name.
Children
Instrument requests for A Joyful Noise are made by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children for marketing.
Your choices
Ask us to correct or delete what we hold, where the law allows. Use the contact form. Donations and tax records we must keep, we keep.
